1.1. The Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Architecture (BNCA) accepts online payments for admission form fees through its website (www.design.bnca.ac.in) for the convenience of applicants.
1.2. Payment of admission fees through the website constitutes acceptance of our refund and cancellation policy.

2. Refund Policy
2.1. All fees paid for admission form through our website are non-refundable.
2.2. Once the admission form fee payment is made, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances, including but not limited to withdrawal of application, rejection of admission, or any other reason.

3. Cancellation Policy
3.1. Cancellation of admission form fee payments made through the BNCA website is not permitted.
3.2. Once the admission form fee payment transaction is completed, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded.

4. Exceptional Circumstances
4.1. In exceptional cases where there has been an error in processing the payment or if there are any technical issues with the website resulting in duplicate payments, applicants are advised to contact BNCA immediately at bdesign@bnca.ac.in for resolution.
4.2. BNCA reserves the right to review and consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as unauthorized transactions or payment errors caused by technical issues.
