Internship & Placements provide students with an opportunity to apply their theoretical knowledge and practical skills in real-world scenarios, as well as to learn from the industry experts and professionals. Internship & Placements of design institute are usually offered in internship is typically undertaken by students who are in their seventh semester in  graduating year. The duration is of 3 months starting from May, every year. The purpose of internship is to expose students to the current trends and practices in the design industry and to enhance their skills and knowledge in their chosen field of specialization. Final year project is mandatory for final year students to undertake a live project as part of their graduation project. The duration varies from 16-20 weeks starting from May/June of every year. The aim of final year project is to demonstrate the student’s ability to apply their design intervention skills to solve a real problem.

Internship & Placements of design institute are facilitated by a dedicated placement cell or department, which coordinates with various reputed companies and organizations in the design industry and assist recruitment, internships, live projects, etc. for the students.

The placement cell also provides various services and support to the students, such as career guidance, resume building, interview preparation, portfolio development, etc. The placement cell also maintains a record of the student’s performance and feedback during the internship and placement process
