Several units (institutes) in the central campus in Karvenagar are under the central control of the Samstha for building maintenance, garden maintenance, housekeeping (cleaning), and equipment maintenance. 

Plumbers, electricians, and construction workers are hired from reliable agencies whenever needed. 

• The institute has 9 outsourced housekeeping staff who work from 8 am to 5 pm, 6 days a week. 
• The fixed/movable equipment infrastructure is supervised and maintained. 
• Necessary measures are taken for location, maintenance, and upkeep of sensitive equipment (constant water supply, voltage fluctuations, etc.) 
• The electricity provider has sanctioned a load of 753 kVA to the institute. The Samstha  also has its own transformer with a capacity of 1130 kVA. The institute has 3 diesel generators with a backup capacity of 820 kVA as well. 
• The institution has installed 18 UP systems with a total capacity of 102.5kVA for continuous power supply. 
• The institute has 6 filtered water dispensers at various locations for drinking water. There is a centralized surveillance system with 137 CCTV Cameras. 
• The institute has powder fire extinguishers and CO2 fire extinguishers at strategic locations for emergency firefighting monitored by Vastu Vyastha Vibhag (maintains Department)MKSSS. 
• The building has Telecom System with single or multiple terminals for internal and external communication facilitation.
