Interior design is all about how we experiance spaces. It's a powerful, essential part of our daily lives and affects how we live, work, play and even heal. BNCA (CAID) provides an excellent platform for students to raise their creativity to a whole new level. Our faculty made learning an enjoyable experience and many workshops during the interior designing course gives us the opportunity to learn about the different aspects of being an interior designer.

The digitization of design not only saves time and money, but it also makes a great deal possible. In this era of rapid technological growth and fierce competition, there is the need for designers in the developing world to keep pace with the latest advancements of technology and computing. Computer aided interior design gives an excellent pattern for developing our skills as designers. Along with the development of our creativity CAID has also helped me in building good communication and observations skills which is key to practicing any profession
Design is about more than function. Its also form-how it looks, how it feels, how it evokes an emotion. Design is more than visual presentation. The best designs engage multiple sensations; sight, sound, touch, smell and taste, because that's how we interact with the world at large. CAID shows us our ability to accept and try new things and embrace innovation.
"Simplicity is the ultimate form of sophistication." Bold simplicity is the keynote to good design is what CAID taught me. I've learned that a design needs to perform,convert, astonish, and fullfill its purpose which can be innovative. CAID for me is the starting place of creativity. Some people think that design is all pretty flourishes, but for me its about a lot more. Design encompasses not just the visual appearence of a thing, but also the intent behind it and its experience of being exposed to it. According to me these are the qualities that makes design such an important medium through which we can thoughtfully explore the world.
Second Year
CAID is one of the best courses which helped me develop my design ideas in a very beautiful way. It made me understand the value of spaces. I started thinking out of the box and my creativity expanded. I learnt to explore softwares like Autocad, Sketchup, Layout, Inkscape to make my designs look very real.
"MAKE IT SIMPLE BUT SIGNIFICANT ". This principle has been inculcated in us from Day 1 itself. Our faculty has moulded our thought process in such a way that it has always carved out the best in us. Lot of exposure is provided through seminars and lectures by eminent personalities from our field. Not only in academics but our college also hosts a pool of extra curriculum activities to emerge out as a better personality tomorrow. It's not only about the design or experience, but also about how it makes you feel about yourself. The college grooms us in such a way that we reach heights of success.
"Design is a balance between creativity, fuction and comfort." this says it all what we learn in caid. We start from basics to details and also how to use available space at its best.CAID is something which gave me freedom to design and showcase my ideas with professional softwares. Not only studies. but here we also get chance to develop our personalities as well as enjoying extra curricular activities. Faculty here is so friendly that there is no fear to ask any kind of difficulties. They will always support and care for us. They all are like our family.
I am so lucky to be a part of Computer Aided Interior Design (CAID).
Studying at CAID-BNCA has shown me a different approach toward executing my designs and actually bringing them to life while understanding the complexities. Design has always been my passion but being inept at drawing, sketching always kept me back. Soft wares like Google Sketchup and Photoshop help me at making it look like, I have the required skills of any other artist if I have the vision. We can manipulate 3D models in way that we can't with 2D drawings or with hand drafted sheets. 'Design is thinking made visual'
CAID has helped me to hone my design skills. I am grateful that college has exposed me to different designing attitude, knowledgeable people and given me a scope to express myself and my design capability in the best possible way. CAID has given me an opportunity to interact with a very friendly faculty who have always encouraged me to keep improving my potential.
Third Year
The question about possible and impossible was one that we brought with us to CAID three years ago. This college has taught us to bring about the best of the solutions from next to impossible things. The journey of 3 years has been a roller coaster ride which has taught me to be a strong individual in profession as well as personal life. The lessons learnt here will surely help us achieve success and stand out among the crowd.
CAID has helped us boost our confidence, present well in front of a crowd and

It is a scheduled place where we learn time management. Faculty is always open to answer the doubts and encourages ourideas.

CAID, has been an all new experience for me. It has helped me build up my personality and become a lot more confident and independent I am happy to say that I'll be leaving with a lot of unforgettable memories for a life time.
